Cases roll in from the operating theatre. Monitor them, then get them out to the ward before the OT queue backs up.

Patients arrive stable — but anyone can deteriorate, at any time.
Trouble? Drag the right treatment onto the patient before their timer runs out.
Small doses are safe. Big doses work faster — but can overdose, and need restocking between uses.
A drug given with no indication can cause a complication of its own. The right remedy undoes the damage.
READY patients: drag a porter onto them.
An expired timer, or an OT queue over 5, ends your shift.
